How does the Video Analysis process start?
After the payment process is completed, a Video Analyst from Highlight Sports will contact you through email to get started.
How does Highlight access my game video?
Most commonly, our team will access your video/shifts through InStat. If your winter team does not upload to InStat, we will work with you to find an alternative solution to gain access to your video (ex. Dropbox, Google Drive, Youtube, etc).
How do I schedule my online consultation call?
Upon completing our analysis, we will provide you with a scheduling link to book your online consultation call.
Which games should I have analyzed?
It is the player’s choice to determine which games they would like to have analyzed. However, we strongly recommend that player’s have their three (3) most recent games reviewed. Our team will confirm with you which games will be reviewed prior to starting our analysis.
How long will it take to have my games analyzed?
After Highlight determines which games you would like to have analyzed and have acquired your game video, it will take our team 24 – 48 hours to complete our analysis.
